Stu, oli & i had great sail with corss on f5, it was high tide with some nice waves & hardly any white water about,a couple of hrs after HT the waves & swell out the back were getting bigger, about head & a half, but with it came lots of white water as it got shallower. had a great sail, & it was very busy both on & off the water, almost like summer? (with the sun out at times)
had loads of big jumps & almost landed a backie, front side turns were also possible & felt good, but mostly i like the off the lips & landing back on a clean section or bumping down over white water,in the end with the wind increasing & not being able to hold down a 5m called it day with a smile.
Sharing the fuel 3 ways helps & the van swallowed,7boards 3 sail quivers 3 people & the rest of the kit with ease.
